Krogerus represented Nordea Bank and other lenders in connection with the secured loan facilities provided to companies controlled by EQT for the acquisition of shares in Terveystalo Healthcare Holding.
Terveystalo is the largest healthcare service company in Finland. It offers healthcare, occupational healthcare, medical and examination services in nearly 150 locations around Finland.
