Day 1 - Wednesday 11 March 2026

12.35 Arrival to Ivalo Airport

Transfer to the meeting venue Revontuli Court

14.00 Welcome at the Kota followed by lunch
Warm non-alcoholic mulled wine will be served, and there's an opportunity to meet and greet a reindeer

15.00 Seminar lead by Pekka Tölli - Who I am as a person?

17.00 Winter Olympics - Special outdoor games and activities

18.00 Transfer to hotel. Check in to your rooms
Outerwear / overalls will be handed out at check-in
You can try them on in your room and come back to exchange items if needed until 20.00

19.00 Open bar

20.00 Welcome dinner at the hotel

Day 2 - Thursday 12 March 2026

9.45 Transfer to Revontuli Court

10.00 Seminar lead by Pekka Tölli - How to create clarity and lead stakeholders effectively?

14.00 Transfer to activities of your choice

Snowshoeing and husky experience

Please note that all participants must carry a valid driver’s license, and the safari operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy

Activities: all necessary outerwear for the activities are provided besides a hat, gloves and a layer of warm underwear, which you should bring with you. Please note you can keep the same outerwear throughout the entire event. We kindly ask you to return them on Friday at the hotel reception upon check-out in the laundry bag provided separately.
