Krogerus advised Wereldhave on the sale of the Itis shopping centre in Helsinki to a fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI).
The aggregate gross value of the transaction is approximately EUR 520 million. The Itis shopping centre is one of Finland’s largest shopping centres, with approximately 100,000 square metres of lettable floor area.
