Krogerus advises Uutechnic Group in the voluntary public tender offer by SPX FLOW

Krogerus advised Uutechnic Group, a global technology company offering mixing solutions, in the voluntary tender offer by SPX FLOW for all shares in Uutechnic Group. Uutechnic Group's shares are listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Krogerus' advice covered all aspects of the voluntary tender offer, including transaction and strategic advice, takeover rules and competition law.
