Krogerus advised Tukkuheino Oy and other shareholders on the sale of Heinon Tukku Oy and Kalavapriikki Oy to Kesko Corporation. Heinon Tukku is one of the leading foodservice market operators in the greater Helsinki region having some 450 employees.
In 2018, the combined net sales of Heinon Tukku and Kalavapriikki, a company specialising in fish processing, amounted to EUR 264 million and comparable pro forma operating profit to EUR 10 million, taking into account the impact of properties acquired.
