Krogerus advises the sellers of Apukka Resort on the sale of the company to First Camp

Krogerus advised the sellers of Apukka Resort, one of the largest and leading glass igloo resorts in Finnish Lapland, on the sale of Apukka Resort to First Camp, the largest group of campsites and resorts in the Nordics. The acquisition marks First Camp's first destination in Finland.

Closing is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2025. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, including approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
