Krogerus advises Special Investment Fund eQ Residential in its acquisition of a residential building in Vantaa

Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Residential in its acquisition of a residential building to be constructed in Koivuhaka, Vantaa from Rakennusliike Lapti Oy. In addition to 83 apartments, the building will also contain commercial spaces. The construction works of the turnkey project will begin during the spring of 2021 and the building is scheduled for completion during the autumn of 2022.

eQ Residential, launched in May 2020, has an investment capacity of over 300 million euros, which enables the acquisition of approximately 1,500 apartments.
