Krogerus advised Sagax on negotiating agreements relating to the management and redevelopment of Nokia’s former 70,000 sqm facilities in Oulu. AB Sagax and Trevian Asset Management have entered into agreements to manage and redevelop Nokia’s extensive former facilities in Oulu. Trevian and Sagax will work together to reposition the extensive campus – close to 70,000 square metres with significant remaining development rights – for its next long-term use.
