Krogerus advises Partners Group on the acquisition of Parmaco

Partners Group, the leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, has agreed to acquire Parmaco Oy, a leading Finnish education infrastructure platform, from a consortium led by European private equity firms Terra Firma and Metric Capital.

Krogerus acted as Finnish counsel to Partners Group on the transaction.

The Krogerus team was led by Senior Adviser Lennart Simonsen. The other Krogerus key transaction team members were Partner Mika Ståhlberg, Senior Associate Anna Metso and Associate Nora Hamed. Partner Leena Lindberg, Senior Associate Tuulia Tanskanen and Associate Eveliina Tanskanen advised on competition law matters.
