Krogerus advises Paradox Interactive on its acquisition of Iceflake Studios

Krogerus advised Paradox Interactive, a video game publisher based in Stockholm, Sweden, on its acquisition of Finland-based Iceflake Studios. This brings the total number of studios owned and operated by Paradox Interactive to nine, with locations in six countries.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Marcus Möller and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Anna Metso. Partner Samu Lassila led the Krogerus team advising on tax matters.
