Krogerus advises One Equity Partners on sale of Walki to Oji Holdings

Krogerus advised together with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer private equity firm One Equity Partners, on the sale of Walki, an industry leading advanced materials conversion specialist, to Oji Holdings, a Japanese manufacturer of paper products. Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
