Krogerus advises on sale of IKH to Grafton Group

Krogerus advises the shareholders of Isojoen Konehalli ("IKH") on its sale to Grafton Group plc, the building materials distributor and DIY retailer with operations in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. IKH is one of the largest workwear and personal protective equipment, tools, spare parts and accessories technical wholesalers and distributors in Finland. The consideration payable for IKH is approximately EUR 200 million on a cash and debt free basis, and the transaction is expected to complete next month.
