Krogerus advises Lassila & Tikanoja on a company-wide IT outsourcing arrangement with Tieto

Krogerus advised Lassila & Tikanoja, a service company operating in the field of circular economy, on a company-wide IT outsourcing arrangement with IT services and software company Tieto.

Under the outsourcing agreement, Tieto will deliver IT services including application management, service integration and management as well as hybrid infra services to Lassila & Tikanoja. The agreement covers the transfer of 23 Lassila & Tikanoja's Finnish and Swedish employees to Tieto.
