Essi advises clients on energy transactions and complex contract law assignments. She has extensive experience in large-scale projects and long-term contracts, including various acquisition agreements, project contracts and power purchase and offtake agreements in the wind power and other renewable energy sectors. Essi also works with demanding ICT outsourcings, projects and service procurements. In addition to our firm, Essi has worked in the legal departments of Fujitsu, Perlos and Elektrobit. She has also served on secondment at S Group (SOK), OP Financial Group and Perlos.
