Krogerus advises Juuri Partners and other sellers on the sale of Destaclean to Verdis

Krogerus advised Juuri Partners and other sellers on the sale of Destaclean, a provider of comprehensive waste and environmental management services. Verdis Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Destaclean Oy, including 50 percent of the shares of Tehokierto Oy. The sellers were Juuri Rahasto I Ky, management and other individual shareholders.

Destaclean and Tehokierto offer comprehensive waste and environmental management services as well as materials recycling for customers in the construction, retail and industrial sectors. The companies have an extensive construction, demolition and industrial waste reception network along the Helsinki–Tampere corridor and have brought a customer-oriented full-service concept to the market.
