Krogerus advises IVP and Earlybird in Aiven's USD 210 million D round

Krogerus advises Silicon Valley-based Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), one of the premier later-stage venture capital and growth equity firms in the United States, and Earlybird, one of the most established and active venture capital firms in Europe, on their participation in Aiven's USD 210 million series D funding round. Aiven, the Finland-based software company that combines the best open source technologies with cloud infrastructure, was valued at a pre-money valuation of USD 3 billion.
