Krogerus advises Ilmatar and Omnes Capital on Ilmatar Energy’s EUR 200 million financing round

Ilmatar Energy has secured €200 million new investment with Omnes Capital leading the financing round. The investment is part of Ilmatar Energy’s strategy to deploy more than 1 GW of new capacity by 2027. The growth capital enables Ilmatar Energy’s transition to a leading independent power producer (IPP) in the Finnish energy market. Krogerus advised both Ilmatar and Omnes Capital in the overall transaction.
