Krogerus advises Fellow Bank on its acquisition of Mobify

Krogerus advised Fellow Pankki Oyj ("Fellow Bank") on its acquisition of all shares in Mobify Invoices Oy, a Finnish company that offers an easy-to-use mobile application for comprehensive financial management.

The functionalities of the Mobify application will be gradually integrated into Fellow Bank's digital service offering. Mobify's entire personnel will become part of the Fellow Pankki group, which will further accelerate the development of Fellow Bank's digital services.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jan Johanson and he was mainly assisted by Senior Associate Saara Leino and Associates Nora Hamed, Linda Tunkkari, Ulla Heimala and Marko Katainen. Partner Paul Raade led the advice on corporate and regulatory matters and he was mainly assisted by Associate Olli Silvennoinen.

Since the transaction, Fellow Bank has rebranded itself as Alisa Bank.
