Krogerus advises FCG on its acquisition of GeoPro Consulting Oy

Krogerus advised FCG Rakennettu Ympäristö Oy on its acquisition of GeoPro Consulting Oy, a geotechnical engineering firm. The transaction creates one of the strongest geotechnical engineering operators in Finland.

The transaction strengthens FCG's position as a full-service engineering and design consultancy while significantly deepening its geotechnical engineering expertise across Finland. GeoPro's expertise in geotechnical engineering opens new opportunities within the infrastructure, energy and land use sectors in Finland.
