Krogerus advises DNB Carnegie on Reaktor's planned initial public offering and listing on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki

Krogerus is advising DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland Branch as the sole global coordinator in Reaktor Group Oy's planned initial public offering and listing on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki. The planned initial public offering is expected to consist of an offering of new shares and a share sale by existing shareholders. Reaktor is a Finnish globally operating technology company that designs, builds and sells software products and digital solutions.
