Krogerus advised Balder Finland on its acquisition of the Oulun Torihotelli hotel asset located in Oulu from SRV and the agreement for the completion of the construction works by SRV.
The asset is located in a prime location in the immediate city centre of Oulu and will include a hotel with 144 rooms, as well as restaurant and event venue spaces and parking facilities. The construction works are set to be completed in the summer of 2026.
