Krogerus advises Ålandsbanken Wind Power Fund on its acquisition of the project rights for the Murtomäki wind power project

Krogerus advised Ålandsbanken Wind Power Fund on its acquisition of the project rights for the ready-to-build Murtomäki wind farm project from its original developer YIT. The project is located in the town of Pyhäjärvi in Northern Ostrobothnia and consists of 15 wind power plants. The aggregate production capacity of the project will be approximately 90 MW. YIT will provide the balance of plant constructions works and also act as the construction manager of the project until commercial operation.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Ville Hailikari and he was primarily assisted by Partner Sami Laine and Associates Jani-Pekka Jussila and Linda Härkönen. Partner Heidi Kivenjuuri led the advice on finance related matters and she was assisted by Associate Hanna Kim. Partner Samu Lassila led the advice on tax related matters.
