Krogerus acts as Finnish counsel to investors in the USD 1.5 billion acquisition of online gaming company Supercell

Krogerus acted as Finnish counsel to certain investors in their sale of shares in Supercell Oy. The total transaction value is approximately USD 1.5 billion.

Supercell is a Finnish-based online gaming company that has two games on the market: Hay Day, an application that simulates farming, and Clash of Clans, an application that simulates combat.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Marko Vuori, included partner Marcus Möller, senior associate Jan Johanson and associate Pyry Somervuori.
