Krogerus advises Piippo on its First North initial public offering

Krogerus advised Piippo Oyj on its initial public offering and listing on Nasdaq’s First North market in Helsinki. Trading in the company’s shares on the First North commenced on 10 March 2015.

Piippo’s business was established in 1942. Today, Piippo manufactures and distributes agricultural twines and net wraps, consumer ropes and twines as well cables fillers and armouring yarn for business-to-business use to over 30 countries worldwide from its factory in Outokumpu, Finland.
