Krogerus represents the Finnish National Agency for Education at the Market Court

Krogerus represented the Finnish National Agency for Education (FNAE) at the Market Court in a public procurement matter concerning a EUR 50+ million ICT services procurement, the largest contract in the FNAE's history. The Market Court fully rejected a tenderer's appeal against the FNAE's procurement decision.
