Krogerus advises Viking Line and Gotlandsbolaget on joint venture

Krogerus advised Viking Line and Gotlandsbolaget, two Scandinavian shipping companies with roots in two important island communities – Åland and Gotland – in their joint venture with aim to launch a new cruise route between Stockholm, Mariehamn and Visby during spring 2024. The route will be operated with the vessel M/S Birka Stockholm, that was newly acquired from Eckerö Line.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Antti Lehtimaja and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Anna Jokela and Associate Lauri Parvela.
