Krogerus advises TietoEVRY on the offering and listing of EUR 300 million senior unsecured notes

Krogerus advised TietoEVRY on the offering and listing of EUR 300 million senior unsecured notes. The five-year notes carry fixed interest at the annual rate of 2.000 per cent and are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki following the approval of a listing prospectus.

The net proceeds of the issuance will be used for refinancing the EUR 300 million bridge loan facility related to the merger between Tieto Corporation and EVRY ASA.

Nordea and SEB acted as joint lead managers.

TietoEVRY is a leading digital services and software company with local presence and global capabilities. TietoEVRY employs around 24,000 experts globally and has an annual turnover of some EUR 3 billion.
