Krogerus advises the shareholders of Avara Oy on the sale of the company in a management buyout

Krogerus advised the shareholders of Avara Oy on the sale of the company in a management buyout. The management of Avara now owns approximately 90% of the company. Avara is a residential real estate investment and asset management company in Finland with €1.2 billion of assets under management nationwide.
