Krogerus advises SRV on the sale of stakes in REDI shopping centre and Tampere Central Deck and Arena project

Krogerus advises construction development company SRV Group Plc on the sale of its entire stake in REDI shopping centre and 3/4 of its stake in the Tampere Central Deck and Arena project to its co-investors Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and entities belonging to OP Group and LocalTapiola Group. After the disposals, SRV will continue to hold a stake of approximately 8.33 per cent in the Tampere Central Deck and Arena project. SRV announced the transactions on 6 February 2020 by way of a stock exchange release.
