Krogerus advises SRV on a green hybrid refinancing transaction

Krogerus advised SRV Group on a green hybrid refinancing transaction which consisted of the issuance of a new EUR 22.5 million green hybrid bond and certain repurchases of existing convertible hybrid bonds. SRV Group is a publicly listed company, and in 2024 its revenue totalled EUR 746 million.
