Krogerus advises Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of healthcare and office premises in Tampere

Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of 56% of shares of Kiinteistö Oy F-Medi from four sellers. The transaction concerned approximately 6,700 sqm of healthcare and office premises in the Tampere University Hospital area in Kauppi, Tampere.
