Krogerus advises Roima Intelligence on its acquisition of TilliT

Krogerus advised Roima Intelligence, a leading Nordic industrial software company, on its acquisition of TilliT, an Australian-based pioneer in digital manufacturing execution. The acquisition accelerates Roima's global expansion and smart manufacturing.

Together, Roima and TilliT will offer a comprehensive suite of industrial and supply chain software solutions, supporting customers from shop floor to enterprise level across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America and beyond. The acquisition strengthens Roima’s digital thread offering and enhances its ability to deliver real-time, end-to-end supply chain visibility for manufacturers worldwide.

Roima has grown to become one of the largest independent industrial software providers in the Nordics, generating about €60 million in annual revenue and serving over 400 customers globally. Roima is a portfolio company of Corten Capital and Intera.
