Krogerus advises on the sale of RSM Finland Accounting to Rantalainen

Krogerus advised the sellers, RSM Finland Group Oy, and KLT Taloushallinto Oy, on the sale of RSM Finland Accounting Oy, to Rantalainen, one of the largest accounting services networks in Finland.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jarmo Makkonen and he was assisted by Associate Valtteri Kukkonen.
