Krogerus advises NTI Group on its acquisition of ArkSystems

Krogerus advised NTI Group, one of Europe’s leading full-service suppliers of digital solutions for the construction, design, and manufacturing industries, on its acquisition of ArkSystems Oy, the Finnish market leader in Autodesk AEC and M&E business. ArkSystems Oy provides software solutions, consulting services, and training for increased efficiency and competitiveness.

The acquisition strengthens NTI Group's position in the Nordics by establishing the company in the Finnish market.
