Krogerus advises Nordic Ren-Gas on its EUR 16 million growth financing round

Krogerus advised Nordic Ren-Gas Oy on its EUR 16 million growth financing round with new investors Tesi and Taaleri joining existing shareholders.

The financing will support Nordic Ren-Gas in advancing its project portfolio from development to execution. With six ongoing industrial-scale projects with local Finnish energy utilities, Nordic Ren-Gas has established a position in the green hydrogen market and is developing Finland's first decentralised power-to-gas portfolio with potential for wider European expansion.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Sami Laine and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Kalle Lipsanen and Associate Nelli Kolunsarka.
