Krogerus advises Malibu Boats on its acquisition of Saxdor Yachts

Krogerus advised Malibu Boats, Inc. on its acquisition of Saxdor Yachts Oy, a privately owned Finnish premium boat producer. The NASDAQ-listed Malibu Boats, Inc. (MBUU) is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a diverse range of recreational powerboats, including performance sport, sterndrive and outboard boats.

Saxdor is one of the fastest-growing boat companies in Europe. Since 2019, Saxdor has produced over 2000 boats. Today, the company employs nearly 800 people in Finland and Poland, with its head office in Helsinki and production facilities in Elk, Poland and Larsmo, Finland.
