Krogerus advises Logent Group on the tax aspects of its acquisition of HUB logistics

Krogerus advised Logent Group, an independent logistics partner, on the tax aspects of its acquisition of HUB logistics. HUB has a strong reputation and a solid client base in contract logistics, including both dedicated solutions and a complementary offering of multi-client warehousing and packaging services.

The acquisition represents an important step to solidify Logent Group's position in the Nordics and further strengthen its journey towards a leading Northern European position. With HUB's strong presence in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions, HUB is perfectly complementing Logent’s current geographical presence in Finland. The combined entity of Logent and HUB will employ around 700 people in Finland across more than 20 locations.
