Krogerus advises Kvanted on a EUR 2.1 million investment in Rotomate

Krogerus advised Kvanted, a European industrial tech investor, on a EUR 2.1 million investment in Rotomate, a startup building an AI colleague for industrial reliability. Kvanted led the round with participation from Robin Capital and Angel Invest. The funding will accelerate product development, grow the team, and bring Rotomate to industrial plants across Europe and beyond.

Rotomate's AI colleague continuously analyses plant data, drawing on maintenance history and operational context to mimic the reasoning of a senior specialist. Rotomate already works with industrial customers whose sites together represent over EUR 35B in annual production.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Annika Schauman and she was primarily assisted by Associates Ulrika Mäkinen, Henna Olkkonen and Laura Oiva.
