Krogerus advises Handelsbanken on the reorganisation of its Nordic life insurance business

Krogerus acted as lead counsel in the reorganisation of Handelsbanken’s Nordic life insurance business.

The reorganisation included a cross-border merger of regulated insurance companies in Denmark and Finland, as well as the incorporation of a new Finnish life insurance company.
