Krogerus advises funds managed by VIA equity on the divestment of Profit Software

Krogerus advised VIA equity, a leading Northern European multi-stage private equity firm, and the state-owned investment company Finnish Industry Investment Ltd, on their divestment of Profit Software to Volpi Capital, a specialist European lower mid-market private equity firm.

Profit Software is an independent software and consultancy services vendor focusing on banks and insurance companies, also offering a wide range of expertise and services within business analytics and data management across multiple industries. The company operates out of six offices across Finland, Sweden and Estonia.

Krogerus team, led by Partner Jan Johanson, included Senior Associate Jenni Teurokoski and Associates Jenna Hallikainen, Juho Lakkala, Hanna Tolonen and Laura Äijälä. Partner Samu Lassila led the Krogerus team advising on tax and structuring matters, and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Vilma Piipponen.
