Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Commercial Properties in its acquisition of two fully leased workspace properties from Valtasampo Oy.
The properties, located in Hermannin rantatie 12 and Vanha talvitie 13-15 in the popular and developing Kalasatama area, comprise a total leasable area of approximately 9,700 sqm, together with approximately 7,200 sqm of unused building right.
