Krogerus advises eQ Commercial Properties Fund on the sale of a grocery-anchored retail portfolio

Krogerus advises eQ Commercial Properties Fund on the sale of three retail assets located in Espoo, Tampere and Ylöjärvi to LähiTapiola Aluekiinteistöt Ky. The assets are occupied by Kesko and Tokmanni and were completed in 2016 and 2017.
