Krogerus advised Codenomicon and its shareholders, including funds managed or advised by Verdane Capital Advisors and Prime Ventures, on the acquisition of the company by US-based Synopsys, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPS).

Based in Finland, Codenomicon is a global software security company that focuses on software embedded in chips and devices.
