Krogerus advises a consortium of Finnish utilities on financing arrangement related to the Storbacken and Kröpuln wind farms

Krogerus advised a consortium comprising of Oulun Energia, Kokkolan Energia, Imatran Seudun Sähkö, Oulun Seudun Sähkö, and Haukiputaan Sähköosuuskunta on the multi-step financing arrangement relating to the Storbacken wind farm in Vöyri and the Kröpuln wind farm in Uusikaarlepyy. The financing arrangement consisted of acquisition financing relating to the acquisition of the wind farms and subsequent sale-and-leaseback transactions.
