Krogerus advises Novedo on its acquisition of Uudenmaan Korjausrakentajat

Krogerus advised Novedo on its acquisition of Uudenmaan Korjausrakentajat. The acquisition is Novedo's first in the Finnish market. Novedo is a growing European industrial group with approximately SEK 3 billion in annual sales.

Uudenmaan Korjausrakentajat specialises in comprehensive facade renovation work, particularly facade plastering and painting. In addition to facade work, the company also carries out window renovations, balcony renovation work and roofing work. The owners of Uudenmaan Korjausrakentajat will continue to run the company.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Annika Schauman and she was primarily assisted by Associates Henna Olkkonen, Marko Katainen, Aleksi Kärnä, Saara Lahtinen, Ulrika Mäkinen and Aada Nokkala.
