Krogerus advises Clausion International on its acquisition of Tabella Finland

Krogerus advised Clausion International, a portfolio company of the specialist Northern European growth equity investor Verdane, offering cloud-based corporate performance management solutions and services, on the acquisition of Tabella Finland, a company engaged in developing and selling financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting software.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Marcus Möller and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Antti Luhtala and Associate Maria Naukkarinen.
