Krogerus advises BICO Group AB on disposal of modern industrial property in Oulu

Krogerus advised BICO Group AB on its disposal of a modern industrial property in Oulu to Logistea. The property is fully leased to Cactos Oy, a developer, manufacturer and supplier of hardware and software for modern energy storage.

The property was an investment tied to Ginolis Oy, a former subsidiary of BICO Group AB. Ginolis Oy was divested in November 2023 and as part of that divestment, this property was carved out and transferred into BICO Real Estate Oy which has now been sold to Logistea.

Krogerus advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, from the carve-out to leasing and disposal.
