Krogerus advised Atomico, an international technology investment firm, on the raising of EUR 31 million for Varjo Technologies, a Finnish virtual reality headset maker.
Varjo announced the Series B investment, led by Atomico, to bring to market the world’s first human-eye resolution VR / XR (virtual reality and mixed reality) product. It will also be the world’s first VR / XR hardware and software product specifically aimed at industrial use.
The Krogerus team was led by partner Jan Johanson. He was mainly assisted by associate Timo Rautiainen.
