Krogerus advised Aktia Bank Plc, a listed Finland-based bank, on the divestment of its 22.56% stake in Oy Samlink Ab to Cognizant Technology Solutions Finland Oy, a provider of information technology design, development, integration and maintenance services.
Aktia has reported that the transaction will generate approximately EUR 8 million in sales profit. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close on 1 April 2019.
