Krogerus advised the Danish investment manager AIP Management on the financing of the four wind farm projects Anykščiai, Jonava I, Jonava II and Rokiškis located in Lithuania with a total capacity of 186MW.
The wind projects have been acquired by Taaleri Energia through its fund Taaleri SolarWind II, together with an investment company managed by Lords LB Asset Management, a leading investment management firm in the Baltics. Project financing is provided by AIP Infrastructure II. All wind farms are expected to be fully operational in 2022/2023.
